On Saturday, July 16, Children Today will host its 3rd Annual Run/Walk Fundraiser. The event, consisting of a 5k and a 10k, will take place at Marina Green Park in Downtown Long Beach (off Shoreline Drive on the Beach Bike Path). 

Last year, over 315 people participated in our 2nd annual Run-Walk fundraiser, helping to raise more than $33,000 for Children Today's Play House programs. Thank you to our amazing Race Committee, Dave & Su Erickson of Free Conference Call for their title sponsorship,  and all of the volunteer groups that assisted or participated.

This year, the run/walk will also be a part of Alfredo's Ultimate Beach Party, a Long Beach Sea Festival event!  All participants will receive a free breakfast and lunch, t-shirt, goodie bag, and access to all Long Beach Sea Festival events!  This year we hope to increase our participation and raise $50,000. Pre-register for the event by July 6th, 2011.
        Pre-registration fees for the 5k and 10k are $25.00
        Pre-registration fees for the Kid's Fun Run are $15.00

Day of registration will be available at the location.
        Day of registration fees for the 5k and 10k will be $35.00
        Day of registration fees for the Kid's Fun Run will be $15.00
